Stretch Life is Wichita’s dedicated assisted stretch therapy studio, designed to help people move with more freedom and live with less pain. Our process starts with a short consultation, where your stretch therapist listens to your concerns, assesses your mobility, and develops a customized plan just for you. From there, you’ll experience a hands-on stretch session—either 25 or 50 minutes—targeted to help you feel looser, lighter, and more in control of your physical well-being.
